The opportunity

Part of the Sports System Team, the Women’s Football Programme Manager will work with several stakeholders to lead the development of the women’s football programme to achieve performance and wider outcomes of a university programme. The role has primary responsibility for the performance programme including coaching responsibility for the BUCS 1st team and Adran Premier team aiming to deliver national titles and European competition. Alongside this, the role with work with a number of stakeholders including the Head of Sport Systems to provide support and development across the whole women’s football programme.

 

What we are looking for

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced coach with the passion to lead a programme that can achieve national success and compete on the European stage. You will be a UEFA A Licence coach who has experience coaching in a performance setting and working as part of a multi-disciplinary performance team. You will be able to build relationships with players and staff to foster a high performing environment.
