Participation, Programs & Delivery Coordinator
Job Description
It’s an exciting time for tennis in New South Wales and we have ambitious plans to continue to grow the game from grassroots through to high performance. We are transforming how we deliver tennis, with the aim of making it more accessible, to more people, more often. To help us achieve our plan we are looking for a Participation, Programs & Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Tennis NSW on a full time, ongoing basis.
Reporting into the Participation, Programs & Delivery Manager, in this role you will support the implementation of key elements of both the Tennis NSW Vision 2025 Strategic Plan and Tennis NSW Inclusion and Diversity Plan. Your exceptional interpersonal and administrative skills will help drive our Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and deliver excellent customer service to all Tennis NSW members.
About the role
In this role you will:
- Facilitate the annual membership renewal process and maintain the Tennis NSW membership database
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for exciting participation-focused inclusion initiatives aligned with the Tennis NSW Inclusion & Diversity Plan
- Provide essential administrative support to ensure a successful Tennis NSW Annual General Meeting
- Regularly report membership information to executive leadership and the wider Tennis NSW team
- Support any additional projects aligned with Tennis NSW plans and initiatives
About you
What you will bring to the role:
- Strong administration and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders
- An understanding of Inclusion and Diversity and the importance it plays in community sport
- Experience in event coordination, customer service, or similar (highly desirable)
- Preparedness to work flexible working hours as required
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
