
Director, Football On Campus Recruiting
Job Description
Direct every aspect of campus visits for football recruits, their families, and other guests of the football program to effectively promote Army West Point Football while upholding standards of excellence established by the Head Football Coach.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited institution.
- 2 years’ experience working with an intercollegiate athletics department, professional sports organization and/or other elite sporting institution.
- Experience with Recruiting Software (preferably ARMS). Functional knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram and Twitter primarily).
- This position will require expertise with all Microsoft Office products and recruiting applications housed on computers and phones.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree preferred but not required.
- FCS through FBS Power 5 experience preferred but not required.
Additional Eligibility Requirements
Must be eligible to work in the United States of America, without sponsorship.
- Must be eligible to work on a military installation.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
